Oily keys, lazy sax, match the sentiment on Kele’s Okereke‘s lastest single “Grounds For Resentment.” Slow Down, the Bloc Party frontman sings while Olly Alexander‘s discerning Brit-pop rawness joins Kele’s talky post punk voice in a ballroom type dance of misfits creating poetry together.
This is the second song released from his forthcoming album Fatherland, out October 6th, as a big Bloc Party fan, i’m super pumped for a fall record this year with as much promise as “Grounds For Resentment.”
