Astral Bird – Water Colors feat Freddie Fuego
Aside from taking into consideration the wonderfully produced and rich sample selection employed on this latest ep from Astral Bird, the composition and DJ-esque hand marrying the elements of jazz, triphop, and dance, strike my ears and heart in wild colors (pun intended). On “Water Colors” we hear first hand how quickly Astral Bird can flow through the elements, creating a hyper-speed sound with laid-back grooving jazzy tones to finesse their style on Do You Want To Go Home.
