The two found themselves heading a European tour during their first year college, the band’s first single, “Eric’s Basement & Secret Tunnels,” was written while in transit through Paris, and it was after their London show that Psymon Spine was offered their first record deal on NYC’s AXIS MUNDI.

The music fills so much terrain that what’s left is a chemical reaction settling through its aperture. Often taking a synth and making it fuzzier, often taking a group harmony and making it not so pristine; the lack of uniformity of the musical training of its members attribute to a sort of raw, yet-not-so-bedroom sound, perhaps a bit of Brooklyn, Saratoga Springs, Boston, Southern California, Costa Rica, Mexico City, Woodstock, and Paris seeping in and the amount of members that are in the band at any one time.
