“Ocean” is the wildest song i’ve heard all month. It’s got a frenzy that almost reminds me of 2001’s “Where’s Your Head At.” But frenetics aside, Teachers are doing something incredibly hip, backed by a variated samba beat and a David Byrne vocal delivery, “Ocean” is a fantastic tribute to world music and contemporary writing, capable of producing an atmosphere that’s all engulfing and omni-present in your imagination.
