Oh, Bushwick. How you maintained the DIY glory after Williamsburg, it was a story that like all stories was riddled with setbacks. After NYPD shut down Shea Stadium during a concert, they soon closed permantly, stating they were “restructuring and planing for the future.” Many friends were bummed and some had to move their shows to other venues.

Feburary 13th, 2017:

Monday’s usually signal the return to the grind, but Shea Stadium re-opened its doors this Monday with a show featuring Cut Scenes, Double Tap, Kris Keyser, and Flow Mein. Below is a photo of some sprucing up they’ve done in their absence.
