Whenever I hear someone who says, “I just don’t feel compelled to see bands live,” whom, on the other hand is an avid “indie” music listener, purchaser, consumer, ect, I want to kick them! I listen to Museyroom and like most compelling writers, I’m flooded with the images of what feats hands and fingers are doing to move mountains, like ants before a storm, I picture sweat like rainfall, exhilaration, and emotional release. What Museyroom have done for the polyrhythmic Future Nostalgia vibe is incredible and that energy in on record. They have a few newer things out but I choose ‘Ballad By Grind Select,’ because it’s one of my favorites from their vault. They’re a local band, listen to Museyroom and be elevated through earbuds into a venue.
